Tomato-Stuffed Grilled Milkfish
I made this dish about a month ago, so this was kind of a late post. Huhuhu. But I will still post it, because it is all about food. :D--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is another delectable seafood recipe from my virtual cook book. Hahaha.
Tomato-Stuffed Grilled Milkfish
Ingredients:
- 1 whole Bangus (Milkfish), scaled and cleaned
- 4 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Prepare first your griller.
- Stuff your fish with tomatoes and onions. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Cover the fish with aluminum foil.
- Put your fish into the griller. Grill each side for at least 25-30 minutes before turning.
- Serve with soy sauce with lime as its dip. Enjoy!
